Old Chicago Remodel

An extensive remodel of an existing restaurant facility anchored to a hotel and banquet hall. This complete gut and remodel involved reconfiguration of a majority of the interior spaces and focused on the existing restaurant areas, bar, kitchen/food prep areas, catering kitchen, storage, and back of house with coordination of the kitchen equipment, interior layouts, and restaurant functions. Exterior enhancements entailed facade demolition and improvements, new lighting, signage, fenestration, and updated finishes.
